Winter Solstice Community Breathwork with Norma
Friday, December 21th from 6:00pm – 7:30pm
Winter Solstice is the shortest day of the year and the longest night. This is where most of its spiritual significance lies.
The winter is a time of darkness, and one way to embrace the solstice is by leaning into that darkness and enjoying the silence it brings. Since the day grows shorter and the night grows longer, the winter solstice isn’t about having less light, but it’s about going within yourself to find your own unique light, carrying it, and cultivating it within yourself.
What visions and desires do you have for yourself in the future? What project(s) have you envisioned starting or completing come Spring?
You are invited to let the breath guide you through the darkness and into the light of your heart, so you can enjoy the limitless and creative space within yourself.
We hope you’ll join us.
What to bring: Yoga mat or towel to lay on, pen and a journal, eye mask, or something to cover your eyes with. (All items are optional, but recommended.)
Please arrive 10 minutes early to check-in and get settled.
